This is a family oriented event with things to do for everyone!! Car show, laser tag, ferris wheel, dolphin tours, movie theater, bars, shopping, spa, axe throwing, plenty of great restaurants! The fun is endless! You Must Send Photo of Vehicle You are Registering. ABSOLUTELY NO SQUATTED TRUCKS or SUVS Premium Registration is NOT first come first serve. Show Management selects what is approved for Premium Area. All sales are final. NO Refunds. NO Transfers. Show is rain or shine. All Vehicles in Section A must be parked straight in marked parking space before 4pm Friday for the Concert Traffic to open up Wharf Parkway. If not in a marked parking space they must be moved to Parking Garage or Under Bridge! You must provide your driver’s license when checking in at the show registration area. No trailers inside show grounds NO TENTS UNLESS YOU ARE A VENDOR. All Vendor Tents Must be properly weighted & secured. No Parking on Marked Grass Areas. No Show Vehicles in Parking Garage Unless You Are Staying at the Condos with a Parking Pass. NO CRUISING INSIDE EVENT! No glass. No Tents. No BURNOUTS. No bands/DJs. No stock vehicles. No Vulgar Music. No BBQ Grills. No Train Horns. No Loud Revving Exhaust. No Golf Carts/ATVS/UTVS/Bikes unless Registered. Show Truck General Registration is $85, Premium is $150. TRAILER PARKING IS $30 and will be located down Canal Street at The Island Church. YOU MUST get a Trailer Parking Pass at Registration and hang on your Trailer. Any trailers found in Trailer Parking without proper Parking Pass will be towed at Owner's Expense! Premium Vehicles and Vehicles on Marina Lawn Must Stay Parked During Event Hours. Spectators are FREE!!! If the event has to be rescheduled, all registrations and tickets will roll over to the new event date, which would be determined at a later time. Zero Tolerance at The Wharf for excessive speed, reckless driving, fighting, illicit behavior, vulgar music or underage drinking. Please Keep your area clean. Event Spectators Must Park in Designated Spectator Lots. Sponsor & Vendor Sign Up is NOW OPEN for our 10th anniversary event. @bailey.zimmerman has added OBI on his Tour and will be playing a concert at the amphitheater so it will be a packed house. Pair that with the best show on the Coast and 10 years, it’s gonna sell out fast. If you are interested in being a Sponsor or Vendor get the Form from our website and get it turned in. A 25% deposit is due at Sign Up. We WILL NOT lock in any booths this year without a deposit. Balance will be due in full by Feb 15th or 10% late fee will be added or booths cancelled with no refund. We expect around 100,000 people over the weekend!!! We will open General Truck Registration around Oct or Nov. As always we still have a cap on truck registrations and we will sell out again. We DO NOT register trucks day of the event. You must be pre registered.
